CPI Headquaters – Lansdowne, Virginia:

Civilian Police International’s Headquarters and Training Division are located in the National Conference Center (NCC):  The NCC campus is ideally situated 12 miles from Dulles International Airport and two miles from the Northern Virginia Criminal Justice Training Academy (NVCJTA); the location where the law enforcement defensive tactics, ASP expandable baton and OC defensive chemical spray tactics are taught.  CPI program offices, classrooms and training material storage are located on campus and use its facilities to satisfy our personnel assembly and staging requirements.

The NCC facilities offer videoconferencing, meeting and classrooms; a sports center, a 670-seat dining facility, a secure warehouse space for receiving and storing equipment, 950 guest rooms; a business center for candidates to use, and an NCC-operated shuttle to/from Dulles International Airport.

A 24-hour roving security patrol force guards the campus and a security gate is located at the front of the property. NCC offers CPI state-of-the-art training rooms with networked computer stations that can handle several hundred people at a time.  We will use these training rooms to conduct candidate testing, training, and administrative actions. If medical facilities are needed, 24-hour emergency health services are available at Loudon County Hospital which is located within two miles of the NCC.

The training site dining facility serves three full menu hot meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Each menu provides a full range of healthy options to accommodate low sodium, low carbohydrate and sugar-free dietary requirements or desires. The training schedule is designed to ensure the officers in training can avail themselves of the three meals at no cost. All meals are served in the dining room.

Officers will be lodged in private rooms with a shared bath. All accommodations are mixed gender capable. NCC facilities and grounds are well maintained and include services such as Starbucks Coffee, a business center,sports center, housekeeping, lobby store, dining facility, and complimentary coffee and soft drinks throughout the day.
